3. I remember chase increased their minimum payment which broke their TofS they lost a pretty big class action over it

They can try but they will get sued for changing the rules mid game. Also, CC debt is unsecured so you can walk away at the cost of a few grand lawyer fee and a lower credit score for a couple of years.
