It is safe to assume that Trump was a big part of the child sex ring.
There were huge amounts of money coming in. He would have wanted a cut of the action.
Trump provided the teens through the pageants, MAL, modeling agencies, etc.

Oh yes clients were the top power and money elite.
Courts, congress, industry etc.
Powerful men raping children and other powerful men covering it all up.
