but if the OP meant "retire," I can't see that happening unless some breakaway Catholic sect is trying to bring back the Inquisition and they want someone to head that up.

After all, his rulings have been more ecclesiastical than constitutional, so there is ample cause to remove him frrom the Court, although neither party seems to have the guts to do that, so his job would seem to be sae no matter who is in the majority in Congress.

So unless he starts dressing like an Inquisitor and you can hear the thumbscrews clanking in his pockets, I doubt this story is true.
