45. He might be ignorant enough to not understand the value

It requires respect for history and things not dipped in gold. Or, to cash in he'd have to admit they were pilfered from the White House and he'd have to admit they have value. I wouldn't put it past him for these items to show up some day for auction and he'd have the balls to say he had a right to do it. But I think more likely he just didn't think this one through.

He's focussed on the millions donors are donating. As well as speed and secrecy around the project: that is, not only the ballroom but the secret data center being built below.
