Is not a sign of inconsistency.
He wears the same off the rack shirt and suit combo daily; that's his "power suit" like a public facade costume suit.
He's got like 25 to 50 of them at all his properties, in his jets, and kept in his vehicles. The only difference marker to indicate the event he's at would be the color tie he wears or a lapel pin design if he's got one.
