Give yourself all the time you think you need, and then more because you're a terrible judge.
Cardiac rehab really improves outcomes.

Also, 10 years ago, felt crappy, went to cath lab, three stents all perfectly clear, but five other blockages, so surgery happened, but on my calendar rather than as a emergency.
