As for who they are, I believe that many of them are the pardoned insurrectionists from J6. Others are probably members of the J6 militias who were not caught or not present. They are America's equivalent of Germany's SA which morphed into the SS.

They are Trump's personal army. He is using ICE for security for US diplomats at the Olympics. Who in hell uses their own domestic immigration agents as security in a foreign country?
