41. I wonder where Colbert will land? Will he retire? Will another network grab him?

Does he have a "no-compete" clause wherein he must wait years before moving to a new network (OTA, cable or streaming). Would the "no-compete" clause be nullified since CBS is getting out of the late-nite talk show game anyway, so he wouldn't be competing with any sort of replacement talk show host.
