He knows there aren't votes to bring it to the floor, at this current moment. But he will depend on the media to discuss this as if it's somehow a legitimate and honest issue that is up for debate which will make the public believe it is. It isn't. But some in the media are already being negligent in their reporting. e.g. "Voter ID is popular in polling" is not an adequate or accurate discussion on what the SAVE Act is.
On another note, if you are going to start every conversation with me with a subtle insult, I'm going to stop engaging with you. I'm not willing to take this attempted move to federalize our elections and give all the control to this con artist lightly.
