I was watching something yesterday and some royal observer said that's what he expects. That Andrew will be banished to either Dubai or to Thailand, which he is said to have frequented as a vacation spot. It looks like Fergie is already out of the country.

Let's hope the pervert faces something more severe than exile, and there is some incentive for him to "sing"!!!! But I won't hold my breath.
