I am saying that the allegations in the OP must be corroborated in order to know that they are real and true before taking any action. Anybody can make any claim about anyone. The allegations in the OP were called in to a tip line. Were they investigated at the time? If so, what were the results? If not, they should be investigated now. Even if they were investigated at the time, they should be looked into again now to be sure that any previous investigation was valid.
Personally, I am inclined to believe that the allegations are true based on Trump's general behavior and attitudes regarding women and girls. But an inclination to believe is not enough.
To impeach him, the House would by have to investigate in order to know what charges to make. Then the Senate would have to hold a trial in order to convict or exonerate him. That's how our system works.
