Of course, he thinks something can be reduced by more than 100%--which I wish he would be.

He also bizarrely thinks that a battery powered boat might sink because it is heavy--an interesting misunderstanding of engineering and buoyancy; I guess aircraft carriers are pure magic in his "brain"--and when it does it will apparently only electrocute humans that get in the water and not the shark that is 10 yards away just waiting to eat them.
