7. I have to kinda disagree. I think "voter fraud" is usually used to describe something a voter did wrong at some point

Also, is there proof of this assertion: "intent to fraudulently register voters"?

The article seems to say "received partially prefilled absentee ballot applications" which is not a voter registration (or at least doesn't have to be).

Also I'm pretty sure I remember a big RW whinefest about Democrats doing similar things re: sending out absentee ballot applications in past elections (CA comes to mind offhand), though WRT them being "pre-filled" I don't recall, and perhaps that's an important difference WRT it being legal or illegal to send such out. Also I think was COVID days so maybe different rules applied?

IIRC the general opinion on our side was that this was okay/normal/not fraud but maybe I'm misremembering or it was done different than what Eloon did here
