5. When this keeps happening I don't know why

Yesterday

They don't schedule these appointments at their homes or off premises. Set themselves up in other buildings while ICE stations themselves at their buildings. There must be some way they can do this without the immigrants going there. Can't it be done in on line meetings? Like they do for traffic court?
