In his public push for the 'big bullshit bill' which raised the age of 'work requirements' from 54 to 64,
he incessantly opined that it was aimed at "29 years-olds staying home and playing video games
instead of working"---- but that was a complete LIE, since they ALREADY had SNAP and Medicaid "work requirements"!
Instead it was intended to force OLDER people off of SNAP,
so they could give a tax break to a BILLIONAIRE!
(or to try to replace undocumented labor they wanted to kick out of the country---
at least one Republican politician actually SAID that!)
