from all reports is not even at the White House. I thought construction was halted indefinitely on this stupid project. And he says "under budget" at $400M when it is already hundreds of millions more than originally stated.

Oh - that's right - we were supposed to be awarding Congressional Medals of Honor while in the middle of a new war killing more troops . . .
