35. Putin has him on a leash

He wants the control and the riches, and will follow Putin's lead to the urinal that will serve as his final resting place.

$1b a day and untold lives lost aren't hurting him personally or financially. Without morals, ethics, empathy or a soul - taxpayer dollars and the lives of citizens and our servicemembers being lost is just a means to the end goal.
