12. We could have a national "Don't Be a Crazy Mofo" day! Not every day, of course --

but maybe once a year? If it was too often, people might think it was anti-American.

We could ask people to sign pledges not to be crazy mofos for that one day: we'd have a big parade, we'd drink beer, and we'd all shoot our AK-47s in the air to celebrate not being crazy mofos
