Unintentionally smothered by his worshippers plastering maxi pads all over his face, just in case he was hit during the great "attempt."

Or maybe they were afraid his fugly orange mug would crack from his smarmy smirk.

Either way, it was the 1st time any of them had EVER done anything useful. Of course they are too stupid to realize it.
