9. I think Swalwell's problems is hurting Katie Porter in some way also

I know they are totally different things and not on the same level at all.

But I think some people are just thinking they want someone without any "baggage". And this same thing is helping Becerra who might be seen as "boring" but some people think that's what we need now .
