from a guy who said I had missed a jury summons and would be arrested if I didn't pay a fine over the phone.

I told him to send me something in writing like he was supposed to do. He started pushing and I kept telling him to send me something in writing. This went on for a bit and he started getting defensive. Finally he gave up.
