7. Court expansion MUST be priority #1 for 2029

And killing the filibuster to do so.

Both Must be a litmus test for every Dem candidate, including president.

There can be no restoration of lost rights or repairing of the damage of the Trump era without expanding the court and neutralizing the MAGA majority.

Everything else on your list would require a constitutional amendment, so almost certain not to happen, unless we get a charismatic Dem nominee who campaigns on it, as well as amending Article II to reduce/restrain executive power, including pardon power.
