If the White House Correspondents wanted to hold their dinner in the new "ballroom"...? [View all]

Could they invite who they wanted to be the guest speaker of the evening? For example, could they invite Jimmy Kimmel to be the host?

How many press people would be barred from attending because they did not report favorably on the White House? This White House has already kicked out some news organizations from the White House press room. How many would they kick out of the new ballroom?

It would be like surrendering the First Amendment to the person in the White House. Would they really want to do that?

I think the best solution to the "ballroom" is "no ballroom". A Judge should order that the East Wing be rebuild, in my opinion.
