2. Here's some homework for the legal eagles: find a single prior case where that term appears in an indictment.

With all of the mobsters who have been investigated/prosecuted by the FBI/DOJ from modern days to way back in the Hoover days, if The Dotard isn't a fat fucking liar then it should be trivial to find one such case.
