They have nearly 230k employees in the US.
Per the article, they are early retiring 7%, or about 16,000.
$900 million divided by about 16,000 is around $56,250.
These people are retiring on $56,250.
I hope they have a heck of a retirement nest egg on top of that.
This buy-out is pretty puny.
