40. You don't understand that the Rehnquist 5

came before the Roberts 6 with the unconstitutional Bush vs Gore ruling by the Rehnquist 5 which created the Roberts 6. You also fail to understand that the SCOTUS NEVER interfered in a disputed Presidential election before 2000 because they knew doing so was unconstitutional. The Rehnquist 5 shredded that with the unconstitutional Bush vs Gore ruling and that led to the nightmare our country is now facing. These are the basic facts that you clearly don't understand.
