How many years have the Russians wanted American troops out of Western Europe? [View all]

Since WW2. They are there because the Soviets, and now Russians, are a threat to Europe. So Trump, in his insane, demented, foggy mind is doing exactly what the Russians and Putin want. American troops are leaving Germany.
