Percentage of African Americans by State:

Louisiana ~33%
South Carolina ~ 25%
Tennessee ~ 16%

But because of the recent Supreme Court decision, those states can (and will) redraw congressional districts to dilute the African American vote to deny them representation in Congress by an African American Representative.

33% of the population but denied any African American Congressman!!!???

It’s not partisan gerrymandering, it’s racist gerrymandering.
