A serious question, please.. this ballroom at our White House has gone from 300 million to a billion? [View all]

He has already knocked down the east wing and dumped the debris on a public golf course and now I’m hearing the GOP wants a billion dollars for the ballroom. Is he going to raze the rest of our White House and rebuild for a billion taxpayer dollars?
