Sadly, it'll have to wait for a Dem president to become law--this RACIST load of whaleshit would never sign anything that gives black people rights.

A Voting Rights AMENDMENT to the Constitution would be even better. Follow it with strengthened civil rights laws that repeal all the shit The Felon has thrown up in our faces to hurt minorities, and we can begin to heal as a nation again.
