1. Hopefully Group Y is paying attention and then does the legwork to get registered and votes accordingly

I think we as Dems have to prioritize assisting the folks that need help to stay or get registered to vote. I know with many states decreasing number of polling places and putting other obstacles in place to limit access to vote, we need to help. More states should do as WA state has done and make mail in voting the rule, not the exception.
