3. Seems to be a world wide trend. Given the increasingly negative view of Israel & its actions, only likely to get worse

The fact that Jews in the diaspora are probably not Israeli, and they may even be against the extent of current Israeli military actions, they still become easy local targets for violence. Extremism in any form has to be checked. The Israeli extremist that was filmed pushing over a nun and then kicking her repeatedly in Jerusalem did no favors to Jews worldwide. Same with the IDF soldiers who knocked down and destroyed a Christ on the Cross monument in Lebanon and got filmed doing it. The flames were already burning against Muslims over their Hamas and other extremist actions and the Jews have always been targeted by some. Now with no positive dialog anywhere, it is all too easy for the flames to be fanned by anyone who simply does not like "other".

I agree it is not the fault of Jewish Americans but then again, where is the outrage, where is the condemnation of the ratchiweenie 11 hrs ago #5

In fact, one could reasonably assume that a Jewish person living in the U.S. disagrees with Israel. yardwork 7 hrs ago #11
