5. Am I the only one who would like to know exactly what a bot is?

Yesterday

Is there a real human at the end, somewhere? How many accounts do they manage? Do they have to type each response in manually, or is there a program to do it?

Or, are these accounts run by a computer or AI, & how exactly does that work?
