47. I don't care for him, but he still votes 90% of the time with Dems

It looks like the majority of his votes that side with Rethugs seems to be on nominations.
I do believe that the strokes have changed his thinking. Very common with stroke victims.
So, I do think he needs replaced due to residual effects from the strokes.
