15. Gee, someone in marketing didn't think it through.

Wednesday

I mean, yeah, one could generously suggest the CEO's brainless video game junkie nephew thought it would be a cool in a "One Nation, One Car Race" context, but anyone who spent time working in Public Affairs or marketing would know it's really cringe.
On the other hand, the organization might not care it could alienate a minority of fans, if it knew the majority of fans would either not care or be pumped up by it.
