3. Outrageous. There needs to be an investigation of the entire Illinois State Police

As for this so called 'Top Cop' all his cases need to be re-examined, and this Trooper needs to be in jail. God knows how many false arrests he made, not to mention robbery. What was he going to do with the laptop he stole from the person he falsely arrested?

There were a lot of people asleep at the wheel while this 'Top Cop' was doing his criming.
