That estimate is just the beginning. The Executive Office Building is a HUGE ornate structure. They’ll have to clean the exterior first. Ongoing upkeep will be a nightmare. Trump will declare that painting the building is ‘an emergency’ and he’ll award a no-bid contract to his friend Vinny who does work at Mar-a-Lago. Their incompetence will lead to huge cost overruns. That paint job will be up fifty million in no time. And it will cost twice as much to remove when Trump finally leaves.
