It's a very clever pun, but I actually had to look at it a couple of times before the meaning registered with me. I think I was thrown off because C3PO embodies so many qualities that I do NOT associate with Schlump. You know, things like excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility, devotion to duty, loyalty to comrades, etc. I've always been very fond of that droid, so seeing THAT face in place of his made me go "yikes," for a moment there. But yeah, that caption REALLY fits!
