11. As a 1st grade teacher ""Everything Changes,Nothing Stays The Same"

was a story in the curriculum and I always hated it since I KNEW that some things DO stay the same! Sure, seasons change, things and beings grow, etc. but I felt like I was lying to my 6 year old's. The moronic American voter never changes (at least in my lifetime). The ability to choose and destroy other humans for any reason never changes. Hatred, greed, violence between humans never changes. Choosing to elect leaders against your own best interests never changes. Goodness, justice, fairness, equality will never last for very long....that definitely never changes. I am a misanthrope and a realist.
