If they want to rely on the Packed SCOTUS, go for it.

But frankly, that seems like a fool's errand to me.

Force-retire the hacks that did this, replace them, then go forward.

If the Packed SCOTUS wants to intervene to protect the Republicans, let them try. That will be Exhibit #10000 when it comes time to expand the Court (see: 28 USC 1).

Take off the gloves, punch these bastards in the face, repeat as necessary.

Enough is enough.
