this will work much like trump vs colorado in 2024. the supremes will decide that a state has no "right" to keep trump off the ballot. by then it will be too late by deadline to get obama or bill clinton on the ballot.

as crazy as it seems, 2028 , as a mulligan for the "stolen" 2020, will be deemed trump's second election and perfectly constitutional.
