Although Trump/Republican's CABAL could remove that level of security.

It use to exist at one point, where a group of top Military and Intelligence were instantaneously brought into play if he pushed the football's button. They all had to agree, and then forward the order to launch command. Not sure that level of protection exists anymore..........
