27. And now, Bolivia.

Long one of the poorest and most isolated countries in the W. Hemisphere, it's become of geopolitical interest in the last 20 or so years - since being found to be home of one of the world's largest (and mostly untapped) Lithium reserves.

Right on cue, El Bastardo is now rattling America's sabres against them.

And since Bolivians are mostly indigenous, he's convinced his Chumpkins will hoot and holler at the thought (as they did with Venezuela).
