Usually, the biggest cases have the most complex legal arguments where both sides have to find an agreement, which gives dissenters time to write their opinions. How complex is it to say, "We reaffirm Wong Kim Ark"? It could also be that some justices want to hold out for some legal theater. The fact that it hasn't been released makes me fear they will tinker with Wong Kim Ark.
