--will be hard for a GI tract not accustomed to it, thus, gas.

Have they ever thought about starting with plain, unflavored active-culture yogurt or kefir daily? Maybe with some fruit? Geebus. A gentle, yet highly effective to influence gut biome--without all the gas.


And all that meat on top of it? Good gawd.
