and epic tenures. She did her job like none of her male republican contemporaries could. She kept her caucus together and she knew how to count votes. I argued with those who couldn't see beyond her age when she was elected Speaker again in 2019. Turns out I was right. I haven't agreed with all of her decisions, but she delivered on everything that mattered.
