Seriously, is that Ozempic Face? Have seen the face sag on many people who have used weight loss drugs.
Of course, Trump seems to have bloated back up very quickly of late. Leave it to the Stable Genius to figure how to screw up weight loss meds.

Considering how out of it and feeble he was, the facial sag may just indicate better embalming is needed.
