11. It sounds like Safari is your browser

That's the default iPad browser. According to what I found online, the way to delete site-specific cookies from your iPad is as follows:

1) Go to your iPad settings.

2) Scroll down until you find "Safari" in the left column, then tap it. (If you can't find a specific option for Safari there, see if there is an Apps option, and Safari might be included in the list of Apps.)

3) On the next screen, scroll all the way down to the bottom and you should see an option for "Advanced" in the right column. Tap that.

4) On the next screen, tap "Website Data"

5) On the next screen, you'll see a list of websites. Tap "Edit" in the top right corner.

6) Scroll down the list until you find "democraticunderground.com," then tap the small red "delete" icon next to democraticunderground.com

7) Finally, hit "Done" in the top right corner.

This will clear your DU cookies. It will sign you out of DU once more, but the next time you sign in, make sure to check the "Keep me signed in" box and then (fingers crossed) you will stay signed in.

Let me know if you need any further help with the above, or if following the above steps doesn't seem to solve the problem.
