now I hear it's up to 500 billion.

Krasnov removed the sanction on Iran so that it now is a member of the International banking community. Krasnov now can transfer money to Iran with no one being the wiser.

This is why President Obama had to send Iran pallets of money instead of a wire transfer, Iran was banned from the International monetary community, Krasnov removed that sanction.
