What are we teaching our children?
We see world leaders flattering, giving gifts and praise to a clearly demented horrible person with the emotional control of a toddler.
They point out him signing a statement supporting Ukraine, when they know full well he neither understands what he is signing nor would feel bound by it in any way. Clearly they feel they need to appeases/ manipulate him but at the cost of their dignity and worst.
We all read/ watched or were read stories of mad kings, emperors with no cloths and rulers with worm-tongued advisors manipulating them.
Yet when we see it clearly in real life a clueless 'leader; falling asleep daily on camera, spouting clear lies, standing befuddled at the station, as his train of thought moves down the tracks. 35% of the American people still approve. Yes high gas prices have made some take some notice that not all is bright and shiny in mudsville. But come on! Wake the bloody hell up!
And the children see the adults ignore what is plainly in front of them and are learning that this is the proper way to behave. The leaders are insane and you have to suck up to them. Home of the brave, land of the free? They are teaching their kids to be serfs, not Americans.
